What are the requirements for the selection of industrial switch shells?


There are two kinds of material structure for industrial switch housing, one is aluminum alloy profile, and the other is galvanized steel plate. These two shell materials are widely used in industry, and their corrosion resistance can meet the requirements of industrial sites. The difference is that the shell of the aluminum alloy profile can reach IP40, and the industrial switch of the second galvanized steel plate is IP30. The shell is also related to the heat dissipation of the switch. The heat dissipation of the aluminum alloy shell is better than that of the second galvanized steel plate. Therefore, when choosing an industrial switch, you need to ask the shell of the industrial switch, and then confirm the parameters. In this way, the industrial switch can better adapt to the project site.
